Biography:
Dr. Emeka Iloegbu is a Field Laboratory Epidemiologist and Assistant Professor with over 15 years of experience advancing diagnostic capacity, outbreak response, and health systems strengthening. He serves as Assistant Program Director of Laboratory Sciences at CUNY and leads HIV implementation science research at NYU’s ISEE Lab. His global health work spans WHO consultancy, pandemic preparedness, and public health education across Africa and the U.S. Dr. Iloegbu holds a DrPH from NYU and graduate degrees from Columbia and Mount Sinai, with a career dedicated to integrating laboratory science, policy, and community- centered health response.
