Biography:
Dr. Joseph Rem C. Dela Cruz is an active researcher with interests in Neurology and Public Health. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and the Most Outstanding Intern of his batch from the University of the Philippines – College of Medicine and is currently a resident in Adult Neurology at the Philippine General Hospital – the country’s top public hospital.
