Biography:
Suraj Chandrabhan Singh is a researcher with a strong interest in immunology and transcriptomics, particularly the analysis of bulk and single-cell RNA-sequencing data. His work focuses on understanding immune signalling pathways, innate immune remodelling, and disease-specific transcriptional programs using computational and statistical approaches. He has hands-on experience with single-cell data integration, differential expression analysis, pathway enrichment, and network-based analyses using R and Bioconductor tools. Suraj is especially interested in applying bioinformatics to study inflammatory and autoimmune diseases and translating high-dimensional omics data into biologically meaningful insights.
