Title : Stability analysis of zoonotic infectious disease models and discussion of optimal strategies

Abstract:

A new zoonotic infectious disease model with nonlinear incidence, environmental factors as well as optimal control analysis is proposed in this paper. The basic regeneration number has also been obtained, and we have proved that the zoonotic disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable when? R?_0<1. The Zoonotic disease-free equilibrium is unstable if R_0>1. A relationship diagram between the basic regeneration number with two parameters is provided, as an example. We have proved the existence of the optimal control strategies with five control variables. In further, a discussion of the optimal control strategy in the case of five control variables is given in the paper and analyzed in comparison with the uncontrolled case, with R_0<1and R_0>1. In the simulation section, trend charts with and without control strategy method have also been provided. The analysis can give some insights for subsequent discussion and analysis in zoonotic infectious disease modeling, such as R_0<1does not necessarily imply that the control strategy should be very strong, while the vigilance may not be relaxed when R_0<1.
